Magnesium!

The first thing I am going to get into is Magnesium! This is the most  important thing you can take during the process of my elimination of symptoms. This will not cure it BUT the antibiotics take a toll on your body and this will protect you heart as the lyme loves the heart, and we all have insomnia due to cortisol and adrenal issues. The mag will help calm your nervous system and protect about every organ in your body that needs it, as the bacteria love to hide out in your organs  and heart. Unless you are eating a ton of flax seed and spinach everyday, you may want to really consider this! IF you are experiencing bouts of nervousness, panic attacks, shakyness, shortness of breath (air hunger), and so many other things ,including  muscle cramps, facial tics, insulin resistance, cardiovascular issues, stress, (flight or fight) are associated with decreased magnesium....- This is a huge arsenal to add to your treatment and will help you live a more comfortable lifestyle. This mineral can also help with seizures and help regulate blood pressure. If you are treating lyme this is a MUST. We will get into how to get into remission but this is the number one thing you need. After six years, i realized this is the best thing I have ever done to be able to live a normal life.
